Welcome to Look Here Photo Booth, operated by REMEDY BEE LLC d/b/a Look Here. By using our semi-attended photo booth kiosk and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT: This is a semi-attended, self-service photo booth kiosk. While staff supervision is available during business hours, customers operate the booth independently.

1. Service Description

Look Here provides semi-attended photo booth services where customers:

• Select their desired number of prints (ranging from 2 to 10 prints)

• Make payment via our secure payment terminal

• Take photos using our automated photo booth system

• Receive printed photo strips immediately

Our photo booths operate during designated business hours and are located in secure, indoor, supervised environments accessible only to authorized attendees.

2. Payment Processing 

Payment Processor: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments

• Payments are processed in real-time through our Stripe Terminal device

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service amount

• Payment information is securely transmitted and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards

• Look Here does not store your complete credit card information on our systems

3. Pricing and Products

Pricing is clearly displayed on the booth interface and at the physical location. Our standard products include:

• 2 Prints (1 sheet, 2 photo strips)

• 4 Prints (2 sheets, 4 photo strips)

• 6 Prints (3 sheets, 6 photo strips)

• 8 Prints (4 sheets, 8 photo strips)

• 10 Prints (5 sheets, 10 photo strips)

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

General Policy: Due to the immediate nature of our service and instant photo delivery, all sales are final once photos have been taken and printed.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Equipment malfunction resulting in no photos being taken or printed

• Payment was processed but service was not delivered due to technical failure

• Duplicate charges for the same transaction

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, use our online refund form or contact us immediately. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our photo booth, you agree to:

• Operate the equipment carefully and follow all on-screen instructions

• Not damage, tamper with, or misuse the photo booth equipment

• Not create content that is obscene, offensive, harassing, or violates any laws

• Not interfere with other customers' use of the booth

• Supervise any minors using the booth

• Use the booth only during designated business hours

6. Supervision and Semi-Attended Model

Our photo booth operates as a semi-attended, self-service kiosk:

• Staff members are present on the premises during all operating hours

• The booth is located in a supervised, secure indoor environment

• Customers operate the booth independently but assistance is available if needed

• Staff may monitor booth usage to ensure compliance with these terms

• Access is restricted to authorized attendees during business hours only

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain ownership of the photos you take. We will never publicly share your photos without your permission.

Our Property: The photo booth design, software, branding, and printed templates remain the property of Look Here and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and payment data.

Key points:

• Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, not Look Here

• We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide the service

• Photos are automatically deleted during the daily system reboot cycle (within 24 hours of capture)

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Look Here is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific session

• We are not responsible for photos that do not meet your expectations due to user error

• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Stripe Terms and Payment Disputes

By making a payment through our Stripe Terminal:

• You agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal)

• Payment disputes or chargebacks should be directed to your card issuer

• Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled

• We use Stripe Terminal for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing

11. Minors

Our service is available to all ages, but:

• Minors (under 18) must have parental or guardian supervision

• Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's use of the booth

• Parents/guardians must provide consent for payment on behalf of minors

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
