General Policy
Due to the immediate nature of our service and instant photo delivery, all sales are final once photos have been taken and printed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
• Equipment malfunction resulting in no photos being taken or printed.
• Payment was processed but service was not delivered due to technical failure.
• Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
Request Refund
• To request a refund, use our online refund form or contact us immediately.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours.
